Patrick T. Daley, Esquire
Patrick T. Daley, Esquire, is a graduate from Millersville University where he earned a degree in Political Science and minor in Economics. He is also a graduate cum laude from the Widener University School of Law where he achieved Dean’s Honors and excelled in Family Law – earning the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Eric D. Turner Award in 2009.
While Mr. Daley shares the goal of Sweeney & Neary, LLP, to reach appropriate and beneficial settlements on behalf of his clients, Mr. Daley’s steadfast, focused and determined representation of his clients provide him with the tools necessary to zealously advocate on behalf his clients when such a settlement is not possible.
Mr. Daley is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Delaware County Bar Association. He has been a lecturer at various forums and seminars, including the Delaware County Bar Association’s annual Bench Bar Conference, and is the co-author of the Delaware County materials of the Domestic Relations’ Four County Practice Manual.
Mr. Daley is the current President of the Young Lawyers' Section of the Delaware County Bar Association. In 2013 the DCBA honored him as the recipient of the Nicholas D. Vadino, Jr. Memorial Award for his significant contributions to the Association.
In his spare time, Mr. Daley continues his love of soccer that he developed as a youth and carried through at the collegiate level. Prior to his association with Sweeney & Neary, LLP, Mr. Daley served in Governor Rendell’s administration as a writer for the Governor.
